A guided workshop
We have all seen those really gorgeous, vibrant sketchbooks filled with inspiration and creative commentary on the world. But how do you make your own? Where do you start?
In this workshop, through a series of prompts and demos - visual, material-based and suggestion, you will learn how to use your sketchbook to experiment, play and develop ideas, so that you can use it as a resource, a retreat and a respite from your phone, your computer, your TV and all the other things that occupy our minds and fingers and stop us from producing creative work ourselves.
It is a great chance to try different styles and different mediums in a friendly, relaxed and supportive environment.
Ideal for anyone working towards their GCSE or A level Art, or those wanting to refresh and inspire their usual art practice
£60 per person per day – you can do one or two days.
