This painting course will help participants to consider this landscape in all its colours, shapes, and the impact it has on them; and then to make pictures that represent and express it and themselves, rather than purely attempting to recreate it. 

The course looks at what is meant by abstract, expressive painting, compared with realistic painting, and guides participants about how to successfully approach, plan and create more abstract work.
